This policy explains what Golden Ticket collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. Golden Ticket sets up and runs a front desk for small service businesses: missed-call response, appointment booking, follow-up, and a record of the work that resulted.

SMS and Mobile Information

This section governs our text messaging program and takes precedence over any more general statement elsewhere in this policy.

  • Golden Ticket may collect mobile phone numbers when users voluntarily opt in to SMS communications, for example by texting START to our published number.
  • Mobile information and SMS consent or opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No exception to this appears anywhere else in this policy.
  • Information may be provided to service providers strictly as necessary to operate the messaging service, such as our telecommunications provider that delivers the messages. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
  • The SMS program is for customer care and appointment scheduling.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent unless the user opts in again.
  • Users may reply HELP for assistance.

For the messaging program, the only information retained is what is needed to prove consent and honour opt-outs: the mobile number, the keyword used, the timestamps of opt-in and confirmation, the source of the opt-in, and the opt-out timestamp if one occurs. No other information about the message content or the person is retained for this purpose.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you text or email us, we keep the conversation and your contact details so we can answer you.
  • Mobile number and consent record, as described in the section above, only if you opt in.
  • Booking details you provide when scheduling, such as the service requested and a time window.
  • We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment details through this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to schedule and confirm appointments, to follow up on a request you made, and to keep an accurate record of that activity. We do not use it for anything else.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
  • We do not use your information to build profiles for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, including a telecommunications provider for messaging and a hosting provider for this site. They receive only what they need to perform that function and may not use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, and conversation records for as long as needed to serve you. You may ask us to delete what we hold, subject to any records we must keep to honour an opt-out.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any message to end SMS communications.
  • Email sales.gldnticket@gmail.com to ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting the messaging program will be reflected here and in our Terms & Conditions.
