Price

• $1,500 for one location under $3M in sales.
• $2,500 for $3M to $8M, or two to four locations.
• $4,000 for $8M to $20M, or five or more locations.

$1,000 to start, credited to the Blueprint. The price depends on the scope, and we write it down before you pay.

Every system comes with a 30-minute call with Felipe about your business.

After the Blueprint

Run it yourself: you own the plan and the how-tos, and nothing in it needs us. Or stay with us: Operational Advisory, month to month, Felipe and Daniel installing the fixes with your team and looking at the number with you every week. Move to it inside 30 days and the $1,000 deposit is credited.

If the written plan gives you nothing to act on, the deposit comes back. We promise no number before we have your baseline.
