Felipe Galvan started at the bottom of businesses and worked his way up for 20 years. Gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, fast food, construction, retail, manufacturing. Over 300 businesses, all over the country, Chick-fil-A and McDonald's operations among them. He knows who manages what, what a manager costs, and when to start delegating.

Daniel Galvan builds the systems. The phone line that texts back, the tracker that chases invoices, the checklist that gets done, the dashboard that shows the owner every number. He writes everything down so it keeps working after we leave.

We are selective about who we work with. We can only carry so many companies at a time, so we give our hours to the owners who want it most. They make it worth everyone's time.

GRO Partners is the company we started to do it together. This is our first year. We've been doing the work for two decades.
