How it works
The whole mechanic, with nothing hidden.
Five steps, in this order, every time. The money moves twice and you know when, both times.
Step one of five
$1,000 starts it
The Stripe link and the one page agreement go out at the same time. The receipt follows the same day, and the kickoff call is booked the same day. The deposit comes off the price.
Step two of five
The work
Felipe in the shop and in the numbers. Mostly through the records, cameras and reports you already have, so nobody is standing in your kitchen. It takes a few hours of your time, most of it by text.
Step three of five
The findings call
45 to 60 minutes, Felipe on a shared screen or the phone, the findings document on screen. The business in its own numbers today, where we expect to bring it, what it costs to stand still, what is strong, what is weak, every area that needs work, and what we would start with and why. Nothing is sent ahead.
Step four of five
The yes or the no, on that call
If you are in, you square off the balance on the call and the plan call is booked before anyone hangs up. If you are not, Felipe asks where it misses and works it. If the gap cannot be closed, the $1,000 comes back and nothing of ours has left our hands.
Step five of five
The plan call
60 to 90 minutes, a few days later. The written plan comes to you the night before, Felipe walks it in order, the first steps start on the call, and after the balance you receive the templates, checklists and SOPs for the plan.
What you need ready, and what to do next
- The profit and loss for the last twelve months.
- The schedule, however you build it.
- Your point of sale reports, and view access to any cameras you have.
- The names of your managers and who runs what.
Start with the Week Read. Send us the one thing eating your week and Felipe writes back.
